The Company
Our client is a 'not for profit' organisation providing high-quality and affordable housing for single persons over the age of 55. Its vision is to provide affordable housing to Australians who need it the most, in an independent housing environment.

The role
The Office Manager will be responsible for the day to day running of general office administrative tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities
As the Office Manager, your duties will consist of, but not be limited to:
  • Answering phone and email enquires
  • General support and admin to the staff
  • Attend all front desk enquiries
  • Attend to typing of official documents
  • Maintain filing
  • Prepare and time team meetings
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, responsible, reliable and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook/Word and database entry are also necessary.
