Reporting into the MD, you will be responsible for researching, identifying and managing new business opportunities in addition to managing and growing the Sales team.

The Job

Reporting into the MD, the focus of this role is to play a key role in setting and implementing the future sales strategy. Lead the charge to engage further on existing accounts and deliver significant penetration in target markets, through developing and driving new business acquisition strategy and activity.

Responsibilities (there's a few)
  • Lead participator in development of sales strategy, development and execution of all sales plans and the achievement of all sales goals
  • Strong focus on business development, lead follow-up, cross selling, implementing direct sales strategies
  • Lead key customer demonstrations and presentations to bring critical sales to closure
  • Participation and attendance in industry shows, networking events and user group events
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address end user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel
  • Knowledge of state and national competitive dynamics
  • Monthly sales reporting in accordance with defined objectives and outcomes
  • Demonstrates ability to apply IT and/or industry solution, product, service knowledge to solving business challenges
  • Demonstrates a successful ability to leverage the portfolio of products and services to change the playing field against the competition
  • Coordinates/Owns account plans elements on one/multiple accounts
  • Focuses on deals/opportunities, and value and/or volume portfolio management, and selling a range of products and solutions
  • Establishes professional working relationships with the client's at C-Level and develops a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client
The Person
  • Demonstrated new business and account management sales experience in a business-to-business sales technology, MSP, Vendor and/or services environment.
  • Strong sales methodology and sales management skills, interpersonal skills and presentation skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and integrate new technologies into sales activities
The Offer

Highly competitive base salary (potentially up to $150k) coupled with excellent and achievable commission based OTE (To $200k) - also opportunities to participate in company share allocation program.
