The Position
Working in its state of the art facility in Western Sydney, this is a newly created position within this fast-growing business. The Head of Brand & Strategy will build the strategy and oversee all marketing functions across the business. With a fresh canvas and the freedom to introduce new ideas, this is a unique time to take on a senior position, where you will have ample opportunity to make an impact.
No two days will be the same and every day you will see the results of your work. As the role evolves so will you. Broadly speaking you can define the role scope, as the business expands. Key areas of responsibility will be as follows:
  • Building and developing this amazing brand
  • Working closely with external brand partners, sponsorships and agencies
  • Overseeing the marketing budget & strategy across all channels including social media, web, PR, radio and television
  • Developing innovative marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and ensure powerful brand identity
  • Managing the content and development of the company website
  • Developing strong PR and communication strategies to drive brand awareness and new customers
  • Building and leading a team as the business expands
Skills / Experience
  • A genuine passion for innovative thinking and working in a progressive and fast-growth environment
  • Proven track record in developing a consumer brands in a competitive market place
  • Experience managing a whole marketing function including budget and staff
  • Experience with large B2B and B2C brands will be an advantage
  • Develop robust marketing processes to ensure internal & external communications and all marketing touch-points are consistent with the brand and company objectives
  • Experience of the health, nutrition and activewear sectors will be an advantage
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
