This business is a highly successful, market-leading wholesaler within the Australian FMCG market. They import and distribute a vast array of high quality consumer brands across Australia, holding key strategic relationships with some of the largest independent retailers.

After a very successful 25+ years of building an enviable, market-leading B2B operation they are now adding to their Sales operations by recruiting a Sales Manager.

About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, the focus of the role is responsible for the following:
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
  • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of around 15 sales representatives
Skills and Experience
- Can demonstrate 5+ years' sales and team management experience within FMCG
- excellent relationship building skills
- self driven, motivated and a high achiever
- proactive & accountable for KPIs
- ability to deliver high quality presentations to clients
