What is Recruitment Consulting?

A Recruitment Consultant at Curtis Partnership is responsible for establishing clients, working with them to understand their specific recruitment needs and then sourcing highly relevant candidates to meet the agreed specification for the client. Critical to achieving your goal will be to form an educated view of the client’s business, culture and critical functions of the role, the expectations for career advancement for the candidates, and the professional negotiation and successful conclusion of the assignment.

At all times it is vital to ensure you balance the professional needs of all parties in a confidential and service driven manner.

The daily focus is a combination of managing assignments, undertaking active relationship management via client visits and calls to key contacts, interviewing candidates for current assignments, marketing strategy planning and activities, through to general interviews that may result in presenting select clients with high performing applicants.

The success of a Recruitment Consultant is based on your commitment and focus on smart activity that maximises your efforts, and an ability to identify and secure viable recruitment assignments.
