As an experienced Helpdesk Manager, you will supervise a team of highly talented IT Support Engineers tasked with providing solutions and support to a wide and varied list of external partners. You will have excellent delegation skills alongside strong planning skills. You will be bright, energetic and positive in the delivery of your role and task yourself with encouraging the team of engineers.
Your RoleYou will have a strong and varied technical background and skillset including knowledge of Office 365, Networks, Servers, Workstations and migrations/site moves. You will also have solid experience involving Desktop and Laptop Support and the installation of Hardware, Software and Telephone systems. In addition to this, you will:
- Manage jobs in the ticket system and monitor SLA and workloads
- Plan and manage client projects
- Provide assistance to the Helpdesk team and resolve tickets when required
- Attend onsite requests as required
Prior experience in an MSP/IT Services & Solutions environment is essential.
