About the Company 
Our client, an established business, is looking for a full-time Maintenance Handyperson to join their team in Southern Sydney.

Maintenance experience within the hotel, aged care, or retirement living space is highly relevant, but not required.

The role is Monday - Friday! Little to no travel required.

Duties and Responsibilities
The Maintenance Handyperson will be a jack-of-all-trades who uses their experience to manage maintenance on site.

Duties include: 

• Maintaining the preventative maintenance 
• Organising for repair of all reactive maintenance tasks 
• Getting hands-on when required with basic maintenance items  
• Managing all contractors on site
• Utilising computer, maintenance software, and access control for building
• Working on minor projects and assisting in major works
• Promoting WHS and ensuring it is upheld

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a confident handyperson/ handyman and have:

• A valid NSW driving license
• Trade background a bonus
• Experience in hotels highly relevant
• Friendly demeanour and excellent communication skills
