Our client is an established and well-respected Valuations Firm who works across all asset classes. They are seeking a Team Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis.
No experience in valuations required.
The Role
As the Team Administrator, you will work with the Valuations team to handle all general administrative tasks, invoicing, and report preparation.
Tasks include:
- Administration & Reports: input standard clauses in reports, review and edit reports, input any additional notes/ images required
- System Use: open "job" in system, input initial details, send to valuer to complete
- Client Liaison: Prepare and send quotes to clients, send and follow-up on invoices after job is complete
- Ad Hoc: Assist in ad hoc administration and team support as required, assist in audit of files
Skills & Experience - Administration or support experience within any industry
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritisation skills
