Don is responsible for directing all recruitment mandates across our Sales, Marketing & Operations, Technology, Finance, Consulting & Accounting portfolios.
Don's extensive knowledge of technical and business roles has enabled him to build a team of consultants who can deliver a competitive, professional and tailored service which has resulted in the development of long-term partnering relationships with clients and candidates.
Don commenced his career as an accountant, following this he moved into recruitment and worked for a global recruitment company establishing himself as a high performing consultant before founding Curtis Partnership in 2006.
Sil Malki is a co-founder and Director of Curtis Partnership and is responsible for the strategic growth and operational development of the property division across publically listed corporations, private syndicates and real estate companies. She works across all property asset classes including residential, retail, commercial and industrial property, assisting landlords, tenants, real estate professionals and property consultants in securing the brightest talent across the property industry.
Prior to establishing Curtis Partnership, Sil spent the early part of her career in banking followed by eight years as the General Manager of a privately held property investment company. Through her prior industry experience, Sil developed an expert knowledge of technical and operational roles across the property industry. Drawing on her extensive track record within the property industry, she is able to partner effectively with employers ensure their candidate requirements are met every time and on time.
Sil grew up in Sydney and holds a double degree in Business and Laws (Honours), a Graduate Diploma in IT and is fluent in English, French and Italian.
Derek Chia is a Recruitment Manager at Curtis Partnership who is responsible for candidate & client management.
Derek specialises in Accounting, Sales & General Operations recruitment and actively engages with our talent pool to ensure our candidates are kept up to date with new career opportunities. Derek prides himself in providing a high level of service and transparency to build rapport and trust with all stakeholders.
Before joining Curtis Partnership, Derek spent over 6 years as an Accountant in a mid-tier practice. The exposure he gained from consulting to businesses across a variety of industries ensures that he has the skills to understand the needs, provide solutions and deliver results for our diverse group of clients.
Outside recruitment, Derek enjoys soccer, tennis and travelling.
Monique Forsberg is a Recruitment Manager at Curtis Partnership and is responsible for the development of new client relationships. She stays up to date with the ever-changing property market while establishing strong client connections.
Before joining Curtis Partnership, Monique worked as a Real Estate Agent in Vancouver, Canada. Her experience in Real Estate Sales, paired with her BCOM degree from McGill University, allows Monique to make long-lasting connections and problem solve while keeping the bigger picture in mind.
Monique enjoys perusing local markets, scuba diving, and travelling.
Michael Irwin is a Recruitment Consultant at Curtis Partnership and focuses on the development of new client relationships within the property division. Detail driven and highly motivated, he is a commercially astute consultant keeping up to date with the ever-changing property market while establishing strong client and candidate connections. Michael specialises in the recruitment of temp, contract and short-term placements in all facets of property.
Before joining Curtis Partnership, Michael worked as a Commercial Property Solicitor in Belfast, Northern Ireland. His experience in Property Law, paired with his Law degree from Queens University Belfast, allows Michael to make long-lasting connections and problem solve while keeping the clients’ needs and the bigger picture in mind.
Michael enjoys playing cricket, soccer and travelling.
Ben Wooldridge is a Recruitment Consultant who focuses in the Information Technology sector. After completing his double degree in Business and IT, Ben found a passion for the recruitment industry. He is responsible for client and candidate management and specialises in the Managed Services environment.
Ben is a highly motivated and enthusiastic consultant who takes pride in building and maintaining strong relationships as he strives to make a positive impact in his role. His experience in a number of customer service positions, paired with his knowledge obtained from university, has provided him with the platform to hone his skills as an IT Recruitment Consultant.
In his spare time, Ben enjoys playing football, travelling and keeping fit.
Daniel Ferreira is a Recruitment Consultant at Curtis Partnership and is involved in all aspects of recruitment including client business development, client liaison and candidate placement. Daniel prides himself on being highly driven and constantly building relationships with candidates and clients alike.
Before joining Curtis Partnership, Daniel worked for companies including Qantas whilst completing a Business degree at Western Sydney University majoring in Property. Daniel’s university studies and external experiences makes for a consultant who can understand client and workplace needs and provide results for clients.
Outside of recruitment Daniel enjoys football, coffee and travelling.
