Our client is a Sydney CBD law firm looking for a motivated 2-4 PQE Property Lawyer to join the team and independently manage property transactions and commercial leasing on behalf of a wide range of clients. This role is a new position due to continued growth in the firm.

Duties

• Issue and negotiate retail and commercial leases
• Manage complex commercial conveyancing matters
• Draft a range of legal documents
• Review contracts
• Manage lease assignments
• Negotiate with solicitors from other parties regarding matters

The Candidate

• 2-4 years PQE in property law
• Admitted to practice in NSW
• Commercial Leasing experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Unrestricted practicing certificate
