About the Company: Our client, an established and respected Commercial Property Agency, has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Commercial Property Manager to join the team. We would welcome university graudates and residential property managers to apply.

Duties and Responsibilities: You will be working with a close-knit team to manage a portfolio of commercial assets across the Sydney CBD and Sydney Metro areas.
Duties include:
- Visiting properties
- Assisting with leasing
- Preparing lease documentation
- Assisting tenants with rent and maintenance
- Administration and reporting
Skills & Experience: To be successful in this role you will be a highly organised individual with:
- 1+ year experience in the residential/commercial property industry or a university graduate
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
