Our client is an established Brisbane CBD law firm seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancer to join its growing property team. Duties

• Manage residential conveyancing matters from contract through to settlement
• Conduct electronic settlements using PEXA
• Handle off-the-plan transactions from commencement to completion
• Assist with commercial conveyancing matters, including acquisitions, disposals and leasing transactions
• Liaise with clients, developers, financiers, real estate agents and government authorities
• Prepare settlement documentation and ensure legislative compliance
• Independently manage your own files while supporting the continued growth of the conveyancing practice

The Candidate

• Proven experience managing residential conveyancing files end-to-end
• Strong PEXA experience
• Ability to manage a busy workload with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Proactive, organised and able to work independently
