The CompanyOur client is a family owned property business which currently has an opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team. They are involved in property management, leasing, sales and strata management.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
- Accounts receivable
- Accounts payable
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Prepare Profit and Loss and Balance Sheets
- Assisting with general accounting duties including EOM processes, journals, and balance sheet reconciliation.
- Preparation of BAS/IAS statements for review and lodgement
- Payroll processing and reconciliations including superannuation and payroll tax
Skills & Experience - Prior bookkeeping experience
- Certificate in Accounting
- Property experience beneficial but not essential
- Experience with MYOB
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
