Chief Financial Officer

Due to continued growth and strategic expansion our client requires the appointment of a senior finance professional to lead the finance function, execute strategic plans, ensuring corporate governance and compliance.

Reporting to the CEO and the board you will occupy a highly visible position within the executive team, driving performance and best practice across the business. Our client has turnover upwards of $400m with a clear and unambiguous vision on future strategic growth.

Demonstrated capabilities will include the following.

• Full finance function responsibility
• Commercial banking and cashflow management
• M&A exposure
• ASX listed reporting and compliance
• Investor relations and corporate governance management
• Change Management

All applicants will be degree educated and hold CA/CPA qualifications as a minimum.

To be considered for this position your existing work experience will demonstrate several years as CFO in well-established product-based small-midcap ASX listed businesses where you have held full responsibility as outlined above coupled with significant executive and external investor stakeholder management.
