The Role Our client is seeking a
Client Relations Associate to support investor retention, increase investments, and manage inbound leads. You will play a key role in investor engagement, reporting, and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute outbound investor engagement strategies
- Manage inbound leads and onboard new investors
- Provide investment updates and client support
- Maintain accurate CRM and internal system records
- Collaborate with the relevant teams on investor activities
Skills & Experience - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) preferred
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Experience in financial services, wealth, or investment sectors
- Outbound sales or call-centre experience with an investment product (preferred)
- Excellent customer service qualities
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a team-player mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
