Duties

• Manage a variety of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters.
• Handle contractual, shareholder and employment disputes.
• Work across construction, property and planning disputes.
• Prepare pleadings, court documents and legal advice.
• Assist with negotiations, mediations and settlement processes.

The Candidate

• 3+ years PQE in commercial litigation.
• Strong background in complex commercial disputes.
• Experience managing litigation matters and preparing court documentation.
• Strong technical legal knowledge and commercial awareness.
• Building and construction dispute experience will be highly regarded.
