Duties

• Advise on the acquisition, sale and development of commercial, industrial and residential property.
• Handle commercial, industrial and retail leasing matters.
• Manage the purchase and sale of property-based businesses, including rent rolls, motels and management rights.
• Advise on a variety of complex commercial property transactions.

The Candidate

• 3–8 years PQE in commercial property law.
• Broad-based property experience with strong transactional exposure.
• Experience buying and selling property-based businesses will be highly regarded.
• Strong technical legal knowledge and commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
