About the Company:
Our client, an established and respected REIT, has an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Manager to join the team and manage a commercial office building in CBD.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage tenant relationships
• Negotiate lease extensions, make good and option clauses
• Monthly reporting and budget management
• Ensure bank guarantees and insurances are up to date
• Work closely with Facilities team on escalated FM issues
• Manage rent arrears

Skills & Experience: 
To be successful in this role you will be a highly organised individual with:

• Degree in property (highly relevant)
• At least 3 years experience in the commercial property industry
• Strong attention to detail 
• Fast paced work ethic
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
