The Role
The Commercial Property Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the portfolio of 50 leases including landlord and tenant liaison, negotiating lease extensions, managing OPEX/CAPEX works and financial reporting.

The Candidate: 
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ experience in commercial property management and have excellent communication and attention to detail and be a proactive team player with a solutions-focused mindset.
