Duties and Responsibilities:
You will take ownership of a diverse portfolio across Melbourne, working closely with landlords and tenants to ensure strong performance and value growth.
Duties include: - Managing day-to-day operations and tenant relationships
- Overseeing leasing negotiations and documentation
- Monitoring financial performance, budgets and reporting
- Assist with leasing, renewals, rent reviews, and tenancy mix planning
Skills & Experience:
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- 2+ years’ experience in commercial property or asset management
- Proven ability to manage landlord and tenant relationships
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making capability
- Highly developed communication and reporting skills
