Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage 50 commercial, retail and industrial properties
• Arranging repairs and maintenance for tenants
• Communicating and updating tenants
• Liaising with contractors for repairs
• Updating tenant information in system
• Maintaining records - bank guarantees and insurance certificates
• Following up with tenant arrears
• Renewal leasing
• Other ad hoc property management duties

Skills & Experience: 

• Organised with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• A friendly and hard working attitude
• An interest in property/real estate
• Car and drivers licence
