Duties and Responsibilities:
You will be working with a close-knit team to manage a portfolio of industrial assets across the Western Sydney and Sydney Metro areas.

Duties include:

• Property inspections and tenant liaison
• Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and contractors
• Lease admin, rent collection, and reporting

Skills & Experience: 
To be successful in this role you will be a highly organised individual with:

• 1+ year experience in the residential/commercial property industry or a university graduate
• Excellent attention to detail 
• Strong problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
