The Commercial Property Manager will work across a balanced portfolio of commercial assets (mainly office, some retail).

The Role:
The Commercial Property Manager will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of commercial assets in and around the Brisbane CBD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and stakeholders
• Lease administration, rent reviews, negotiation and lease renewals
• Rent collection, managing arrears and outgoings
• Property inspections and preparation of condition reports
• Overseeing facilities management including contracts, compliance, fitouts and makegoods
• Budgeting and reporting

Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of property management experience and:

• Excellent communications
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Focus on quality and a strong attention to detail
