Our client, a leading financial services firm, has an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and experienced Executive Assistant to join their team. The role is offering $85,000 - $100,000 per year depending on experience.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Executive Assistant will be responsible for the day to day administrative needs of the Director of the office as well as the wider team.
- Proactively manage the Director’s inbox, calendar, and scheduling needs
- Coordinate client communications and handle enquiries with professionalism
- Prepare, review, and process documents and correspondence in a timely manner
- Manage invoicing, billing, and general administrative processes
- Support projects and provide assistance across the wider team as required
The CandidateThe ideal candidate will be a highly organised professional with 2+ years of PA/EA experience and will have:
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Strong computer skills (including Microsoft Excel)
- Stand-out multi-tasking and prioritising abilities
- High level of organisational skills
- Ability to work within a team
