The Role

• Manage and grow your own recruitment desk within a defined niche
• Run end-to-end recruitment processes, building long-term and productive client and candidate relationships
• Regular coaching and support to ensure success
• Operate within a flexible structured hybrid model

About You

• Proven recruitment experience, minimum 2 years in 360 agency positions, applications from senior experienced recruiters also welcome
• Commercially minded and accountable, self-belief and highly motivated
• Values honesty, transparency, effort and structure
• Looking for stability and long-term opportunity
• Motivated to perform and be directly rewarded for your efforts
