The Role - Manage and grow your own recruitment desk within a defined niche
- Run end-to-end recruitment processes, building long-term and productive client and candidate relationships
- Regular coaching and support to ensure success
- Operate within a flexible structured hybrid model
About You - Proven recruitment experience, minimum 2 years in 360 agency positions, applications from senior experienced recruiters also welcome
- Commercially minded and accountable, self-belief and highly motivated
- Values honesty, transparency, effort and structure
- Looking for stability and long-term opportunity
- Motivated to perform and be directly rewarded for your efforts
