We are representing a leading commercial agency seeking an accomplished Facilities Manager with experience managing corporate facilities. This is a 5-6 month maternity cover role with opportunity for extension.
About the role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager with circa 5 years of commercial or retail facilities management experience to join the team and manage day to day facilities requirements for the corporate office site.
Duties & Responsibilities
In this role, your duties will include managing repair and maintenance functions, budget and expense management, contractor management and minor project works. You will also liaise with the landlord and internal stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you will be a confident property professional with a can-do attitude and circa 5 years of experience in either retail or commercial facilities management. You will have high attention to detail, customer service skills and strong communication skills.
