We are representing a leading privately owned commercial landlord organisation with extensive commercial office, retail and mixed use assets in NSW and Victoria. This is an exciting portfolio with development of commercial assets within the portfolio and the opportunity to learn directly from the leaders of the organisation.
About the role
Based in modern offices in North Sydney with parking, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager with 5+ years of commercial or retail facilities management experience to join the team and manage day to day facilities requirements for the portfolio.
Duties & Responsibilities
In this role, your duties will include ensuring the safety of the buildings, compliance with legislation and managing OPEX and CAPEX budgets. You will have full oversight of contractor selection and management for the day to day operation of the portfolio.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you will be a confident property professional with a can-do attitude and 5+ years of experience in either retail or commercial facilities management. You will have high attention to detail, customer service skills and strong communication skills.
