A successful and growing Technology Services Provider working across numerous industries, supporting a vast array of technologies is looking for an experienced Sydney based Tech Engineer to work closely in advising existing clients on their future technology infrastructures. Responsible for client relationships across a portfolio you will love client interactions and enjoy a fast paced and varied environment.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Performing onsite client visits to provide technical reviews of BAU activities and advise in relation to systems, networks and infrastructures
• Conduct comprehensive reviews across client environments
• Adjust and optimise configurations to offer and align best practice
• Take full ownership of improvement initiatives to support robust client objectives
• Use creativity to develop unique, client-focused technology solutions and drive implementation
• Focus on long-term enhancements across client relationships

Who are you?

• A skilled IT professional with wide ranging experience in managing cloud-based productivity and identity platforms, as well as administering modern desktop operating systems
• You will likely previously have operated in a support capacity where resolution of wide ranging skills can be now utilised to review and advise clients on their next steps
• You should have a strong background and knowledge in configuring and maintaining virtualised environments, and be comfortable working with core networking technologies, including network infrastructure, common protocols, remote access solutions, and name resolution services
• The role also requires the ability to identify complex network issues and maintain network segmentation. Experience with implementing and supporting data protection solutions, endpoint security tools, and advanced firewall systems is essential
