Our client is a well established and rapidly growing high growth industrial manufacturing and supply business.

As a result of significant growth over the past few years and an anticipated continuation of this activity they are looking to appoint a hands-on experienced Financial/Management Accountant to oversee the finance function, and a small team to ensure optimal performance of the company and stakeholders.

This is an extremely broad and hands-on role. You will work closely with the MD and have overall responsibility for ongoing day to day running and management of the finance operations and management of 2 staff.

Key responsibilities will include.

• Management of the finance function systems and processes
• Management and financial reporting
• Responsible for cost management, stock valuation, general ledger
• Budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
• Payroll, BAS, GST, FBT and liaison with ATO
• Overseeing cash management, treasury and AP
• Customer billings and receivables management through AR
• Other finance related tasks

Applicants will be 5+years experienced finance professionals ideally holding either CA/CPA qualifications together with a range of accounting and analysis skills developed in a SME sized corporate environment. Highly effective and well developed communication and presentation skills are crucial.
