Our client is a successful, growing retailer with circa 500 retail stores nationally and growing. This company has a number of iconic brands and is seeking a Lease Administrator to manage all the leases nationally across the portfolio.
The role Due to continued growth in the portfolio, this retailer side Financial Lease Administrator role is responsible for ensuring accurate data management of a large leasehold portfolio. In this role your duties will include:
- Undertaking account and portfolio reconciliations
- Inputting new leases into the property accounting system
- Updating landlord information in the property accounting system
- Auditing leases and payments
- Responding to lessor enquiries relating to lease payments
The candidate: The successful candidate for this role will have 2 years of Financial Lease Administration experience ideally within a large portfolio of commercial/retail/other non-residential assets. You must be highly analytical with strong problem solving skills and strong MS Excel skills.
Lease Eagle experience (desired but not essential)
