Duties and Responsibilities: You will be working with a close-knit team to assist in managing a commercial property portfolio across Toowoomba.
Duties include:
- Property Management: assisting with inspections, coordinating maintenance, preparing reports
- Lease Management and Administration: assisting with lease documentation, renewals and rent reviews
- Landlord and Tenant Relations: liaising with owners and tenants, maintaining records and assisting with arrears follow-up
- Ad Hoc: supporting reporting, administration and gaining exposure to commercial property processes
Skills & Experience: To be successful in this role you will be a highly organised individual with:
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Degree in property or related industry
Certificate of Registration will be required but can be obtained if successful.
