The RoleThe Lease Administrator is responsible for ensuring accurate lease management of the company's retail portfolio.
Duties may include:
- Manage end-to-end lease administration for multiple retail centres.
- Review, approve, and track lease documentation with accuracy.
- Work closely with solicitors to finalise lease negotiations.
- Prepare reports and track outstanding lease documentation.
The Candidate: The successful candidate will have at least 2+ years of Lease Administration or Property Management experience and:
- Strong understanding of retail lease legislation.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- A proactive team player with a solutions-focused mindset.
