Our client is an iconic retailer with and is seeking a Lease Administrator/ Property Manager to manage the leases across the national portfolio.

The Role This position is responsible for ensuring accurate lease & property management of the company's leasehold portfolio. In this role your duties will include:
- Undertaking account and portfolio reconciliations
- Inputting new leases into the lease administration system
- Updating landlord information
- Auditing leases and payments
- Reporting
- Liaising with various teams - leasing, facilities management, etc.
- Engaging with landlord regarding lease, facilities, and escalated issues
The Candidate: The successful candidate will have at least 2+ years of Lease Administration or Property Management experience and have:
- Strong financial numeracy/ excel
- Excellent communications
