About the RoleStrategic and sales responsibility for the national sales function;
- Managing a sales team including Account and Territory Managers across Australia
- Full responsibility of team including budget setting, sales forecasting and sector analysis
- Leading the national sales effort, supervising, monitoring and motivating team performance
- Management and delivery of agreed strategic plans and sales strategy
- Heavy involvement in preparing action plans for individuals
- Key liaison for the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans
- Together with the Directors, design and implement of strategic sales plans
Skills and Experience - 5+ years' sales and team management experience within FMCG
- Proven team leadership, team building and motivation within a national sales environment
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Highly performance driven, motivated and a high achiever
- Financially astute
