The Role
Reporting to the NSW General Manager, this position requires an individual with strong business development experience to build and leverage upon the company’s existing national presence.
About You
You are a proactive and confident new business hunter with property or service industry experience that wants to be in control of your own destiny. You are independent, self-driven and aggressively pursue targets and new opportunities. Able to work with concepts and new ideas you enjoy working in a fast-paced business that supports and rewards your efforts.
Key aspects of the role include;
- Developing new business within existing markets
- Identifying and targeting new client and market opportunities
- Coordinate and manage proposals and tenders
- Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management
- Develop and maintain accurate reporting systems and databases relating to the new business development activity
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience - Tertiary qualifications in business, business management, commercial or other related fields is desired
- Minimum 5+ years experience
- Strong analytical and business development skills
- Expert communication skills
- Strong networking capabilities
- Exceptional client liaison & negotiation skills
