They are seeking an Bidding Coordinator to join a specialised team in their Sydney CBD office. The role will be focused on drafting tender and fee proposals, with a strong focus on attention to detail and excellent written skills.

The Role
As the Bidding Coordinator duties include:
- Drafting bids/ fee proposals/ tenders
- Attaching all relevant documentation before submissions
- Providing administrative support and database maintenance
- Assisting in the write up and preparation of internal and external publications
- Researching clients to prepare for tenders/ bigs/ proposals
- Assisting in proposal preparation, formatting, and all written documents
- Ad hoc admin and office assistance as required
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong Microsoft Word
- Excellent attention to detail and written communications
- Experience in property, quantity surveying, building/ construction, or related industry a bonus
- Exposure to Canva a bonus
