The Role
As the Office Administrator, you will work with the team to handle all general administrative tasks, systems, invoicing, and report preparation.
Tasks include:
- Prepare reports and written documents
- Assisting in formatting and editing of reports
- Provide administrative support and database maintenance
- Preparing and sending quotes to clients
- Preparing letter of engagements and sending to clients
- Setting up and updating projects in the system
- Working across multiple systems
- Communicating with B2B clients
- Preparing and issuing purchase orders and invoices
- Ad hoc admin and office assistance as required
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will be an experienced administrator with:
- Strong attention to detail
- Microsoft Word formatting ability
- Exposure or background in valuations, property, real estate, or law/ legal all highly relevant
