About the company Our client, a world class Commercial Property Agency,
is a seeking an Office Manager to support to the MD and the wider team to ensure the smooth operation of one of their Sydney offices.
Duties & Responsibilities - Full suite of administrative responsibilities
- Email and diary management of MD
- Day to Day office operations management
- Documentation and compliance
- Property Marketing; emails, social media posts, InDesign skills (desired)
- Financial management
- Onboarding new staff and assisting with specific events when required
- General ad-hoc office management and administrative duties
The candidate To be successful in this role, you must have 2+ years' experience as an Office Manager role, with strong technological skills, excellent attention to detail and demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively across a small team.
You will also be required to have effective written and verbal communication skills and excellent relationship building skills.
