The Role:

• Preventative & Reactive Maintenance
• WHS compliance including site inspections
• Managing and outsourcing maintenance requests
• Liaise with all external contractors
• Major project procurement, tendering and selection
• Manage capital works across the centre
• Tenancy fit-out coordination with tenant side team
• CAPEX/OPEX budget management
• Budget & variance reporting

Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of facilities management/operations management experience
• Experience in managing retail centres preferred
• Strong technical knowledge
• A proactive approach to facilities
• Mechanical or electrical trade qualification a bonus
