Our client is seeking an experienced Operations/Facilities Manager to take responsibility over the operations of a key shopping centre and other assets. This is a great opportunity for a Tenancy Coordinator to take a step up into an Operations role.
The Role - Ensuring the safety of all occupants
- Tenancy coordination with ingoing and outgoing tenants
- Liaison with architects, development team and others
- Contractor liaison and work order management
- Effective communication with retailers regarding facilities matters
- Managing the expense budget - CAPEX & OPEX
Skills & Experience - Prior facilities/operations experience in retail centres
- Tenancy coordination experience essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective budget management
- Monthly reporting
