The CompanyOur client, a leading professional services firm, is seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to join their Melbourne team. This role offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive support to a Partner as well as the broader accounting team, including:
- Managing the Director’s calendar, inbox, and scheduling proactively
- Handling client communications and enquiries with professionalism
- Preparing, reviewing, and processing documents and correspondence efficiently
- Assisting with invoicing, billing, and general administrative tasks
- Supporting projects and providing assistance across the wider team as needed
The CandidateWe are looking for a highly organised professional with at least 2 years’ PA/EA experience within an accounting firm. The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, XERO, and other relevant software
- Excellent multi-tasking and prioritisation abilities
- Exceptional organisational skills
- The ability to collaborate effectively within a team
