About the company Our client is an international retailer with a portfolio of circa 200 stores in Australia. Due to internal growth and continued success within the organisation, there is now an opportunity for a portfolio manager/retail leasing executive to manage all strip retail and shopping centre leases for the portfolio nationally. This is an autonomous role for an astute negotiator.

Duties & Responsibilities - Negotiate lease renewals, extensions, make goods and relocations
- Manage landlord relationships
- Advise internal stakeholders on lease obligations
- Assist Store Managers with escalated Facilities issues
- Oversee property budgets
- Manage 1 Lease Administrator
- Travel required within this role
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of portfolio management/lease management experience
- Experienced retail leasing negotiator
- Excellent relationships with landlords and peers
