Our client is a Sydney CBD law firm looking for a motivated 4+ PQE Property Lawyer to join the team and independently manage property transactions on behalf of a loyal group of clients. This role is a new position due to continued growth in the firm.

Duties

• Issue lease and licence contracts
• Liaise with clients regarding amendments
• Manage conveyancing matters
• Prepare contracts of sale documentation
• Draft a range of legal documents
• Review contracts
• Manage lease assignments
• Negotiate with solicitors from other parties regarding matters

The Candidate

• 4+ years PQE in property law
• Admitted to practice in NSW
• Sound technical legal knowledge with experience in LEAP/Smokeball and PEXA
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
