The Company & Benefits:
Our client, a well-established and reputable Commercial Property Agency is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join their team to oversee commercial assets. Residential Property Managers encouraged to apply, full training is provided. 
 
The Role:
The Commercial Property Manager will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of commercial assets in and around Brisbane Metro.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants
  • Lease administration including rent reviews
  • Negotiation and lease renewals
  • Rent collection, managing arrears and outgoings
  • Property inspections and preparation of condition reports
  • Overseeing facilities management 
  • Budgeting and reporting
Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of residential or commercial property management experience and:
  • Excellent communications
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • A strong attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license and car (travel required - primarily within Brisbane Metro.
