The CompanyOur client, a well-established Eastern Suburbs based law firm, is looking for a positive, reliable and motivated Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join their Property Division and help drive its growth.
Duites - Advise clients and manage the process of a range of property law matters, including residential and commercial property transactions, leasing, strata matters, subdivisions, mortgage work and other real estate matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate property contracts, including sales agreements, leases, and conveyancing documents
- Perform due diligence, focusing on property investigations and title searches
- Act on behalf of clients during negotiations and settlement discussions.
- Collaborate with clients, fellow solicitors, real estate agents, and financial institutions to facilitate seamless transactions
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in property law and practices
- Compliance
- Mentoring and training
The Candidate
- 2+ years PQE in property law or as a Licensed Conveyancer with experience managing transactions
- Admitted to practice in NSW
- Sound technical legal knowledge with experience in LEAP and PEXA
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hardworking with excellent interpersonal skills
