- Researching the marketing & building strong database
- Keeping track of active listings
- Call landlords to generate new business
- Creating client connections & staying in contact
- Transact on various listings & negotiate on behalf of owner
- Excellent networking and people skills
- Cold calling, appointment setting, BDM & sales experience in any field
- Interest in property/real estate
- Prepared to complete certificate of registration
- Must have car and Drivers Licence
