Sales Representatives - Food & Beverage | Sydney

We’re partnering with a range of leading and emerging food, beverage, and FMCG businesses across Sydney who are looking for driven, commercially minded Sales Representatives to grow their presence across retail, independent grocers, hospitality, cafés, restaurants, and foodservice channels.

These are roles for people who love being on the road, building relationships, and seeing the direct impact of what they sell.

About the Opportunities

As a Sales Representative within Food & Beverage, you’ll typically take ownership of a territory and be responsible for growing sales across an established or developing client base.

Depending on the client, you may be:
  • Managing existing hospitality or retail accounts
  • Opening new business across cafés, restaurants, and independent retailers
  • Driving distribution and ranging with buyers and distributors
  • Representing premium FMCG or fast-growing challenger brands
  • Running product tastings, menu integration, or in-store activations
You’ll be the face of the brand in market.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with venue owners, buyers, and store managers
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed sales, distribution, and revenue targets
  • Coordinate product launches, promotions, and activations
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure execution in market
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting
About You

You’re commercially sharp, resilient, and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • Previous sales experience in FMCG, foodservice, beverage, hospitality sales, or similar field sales roles
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A self-starter mindset with strong territory ownership
  • Confidence working to targets and KPIs
  • Ability to work autonomously on the road
  • A genuine interest in food and beverage culture
  • A current driver’s licence is essential.
