Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in business services / public practice
• CA/CPA qualified or near completion
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills
• Knowledge of Australian tax legislation and compliance requirements
• Proven ability to meet deadlines
• Experience mentoring or reviewing the work of junior team members (desirable)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements and tax returns across a diverse client portfolio.
• Prepare BAS, IAS and other compliance obligations for various entity structures.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and respond to accounting and tax queries.
• Review work completed by junior team members and provide mentoring where required.
• Assist with tax planning, business advisory and complex client matters.
• Ensure compliance with ATO requirements while meeting client deadlines.
