The Role
As the Senior Administrator/ Team Assistant, you will work with the team to handle all general administrative tasks.
Duties include:
- Prepare presentations
- Prepare meeting minutes
- Draft, edit and format documents and reports
- File management
- Assist senior leader with calendar and preparing for upcoming meetings
- Provide administrative support and database maintenance
- Preparing/ sending quotes and letter of engagements to clients
- Setting up and updating projects in the system
- Working across multiple systems
- Preparing and issuing purchase orders and invoices
- Ad hoc admin and office assistance as required
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will be an experienced administrator with:
- Great communications and stakeholder management
- Microsoft Word formatting ability and strong attention to detail
- Exposure or background in valuations, property, real estate, or law/ legal all highly relevant
