The Role

• Manage a portfolio of dispute resolution and insolvency matters from start to finish, including conducting research, drafting pleadings and submissions, attending court, and negotiating settlements.
• Provide legal advice and support to clients on various disputes and insolvency matters, including bankruptcy, liquidation, receivership, and insolvency litigation.
• Work collaboratively with clients, partners, and other team members to develop and implement effective strategies to resolve disputes and insolvency matters.
• Assist in the development and training of junior team members.

Requirements

• Senior Associate level (or strong Associate ready to step up)
• Strong technical ability and commercial judgment
• Experience in private practice 
• Ability to manage client relationships and complex matters independently
• Eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented, high-performing culture
