Our client, a well-established and reputable Commercial Property Landlord is seeking a Senior Commercial Property Manager to join their team to oversee a mix of commercial assets.

The Role:The Senior Commercial Property Manager will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of commercial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property & Lease Management: working across leasing renewals and liaising with external agents on new leases, liaising with tenants on all items (arrears, outgoings, fit-outs), collecting insurance certificates and bank guarantees, approving rent roll and sundry invoices, completing condition reports
- Finance Reporting & Administration: managing income and expense budget, forecasting, handling monthly reporting and arrears, lease administration
- Facilities Management: working closely with internal Facilities Manager, liaising with tenants regarding facilities issues
- Asset Management: assisting management with asset management strategies
Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of property management experience and:
- Excellent communications
- Solid stakeholder management skills
- A strong attention to detail
