Simply a brilliant company with an excellent performance and growth record: due to structural changes and growth this position has been newly createdAs an experienced Helpdesk/Tech support Manager/Team Lead, you will supervise a team of highly talented IT Support Engineers tasked with providing solutions and support to a wide and varied list of external partners. You will have excellent delegation skills alongside strong planning and management skills, demonstrating an energetic and positive mindset to encourage the best from your team.
Your RoleYou will have a strong and varied technical background and skillset including knowledge of MS products, Networks, Servers, Workstations and Migrations/Site moves, etc.
Importantly your cv will clearly show where you have held a supervisory role in a small or large MSP environment.
In addition to this, you will:
- Manage engineers to established metrics driven by agreed SLA's
- Monitor SLA and workloads ensuring efficiency throughout BAU activities
- Manage & mentor a team of Support Engineers both in-house and remote
- Oversee all policies, procedures and documentation for the smooth running of the support function.
Prior experience in an MSP/IT Services & Solutions environment is essential.
